Return & Refund Policy
At Ash and Iron, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders. However, we always want you to be happy with your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
To request a replacement or refund:
Email us at info@ashandironapparel.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
Once approved, we’ll either send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund—whichever you prefer.
Returns
Because each item is made on demand, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, production begins and we cannot modify or cancel the order.
